Gli Aperitivi PUCCINI


Puccini is an aperitif consisting of two parts of sparkling wine and one part of mandarin juice from the Tardivo di Ciaculli consortium, which owes its name to the village of Palermo in which it was discovered and to the ripening period, later than the most common varieties .

The strong aroma, the sugar content, the thin skin, the presence of the seed, make the Tardivo di Ciaculli, Slow Food presidium, a unique and unmistakable mandarin.

It’s a fresh, light and very fragrant aperitif to be enjoyed very cold and possibly with ice.
