Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. extra-dry vintage Canella is made from 100% Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of Valdobbiadene.
This sparkling wine, made with the Charmat method, is the result of the choice of the best lots of the vintage.
The Extra Dry type, with a residual sugar of 17 g/l, is the classic version of Prosecco Canella, excellent as an aperitif or with delicate fish dishes.
It’s characterised by a pale straw yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage, a fruity aroma and a clear and harmonious taste, followed by a dry aftertaste.
