Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. Brut millesimato Canella is made from 100% Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of Valdobbiadene, and is the result of the choice of the best lots of the vintage.

In the glass

It is a Charmat method sparkling wine, Brut type with a residual sugar of 10 g/l, and is the most modern and international version of Prosecco. Prosecco Superiore Brut Canella is excellent with any fish dish.

It has a pale straw yellow colour and a fine and persistent perlage, a scent of citrus fruits and bread crust. The taste is clear and fragrant, followed by a dry and rightly tannic aftertaste.
