Rosè Canella is composed of 100% Pinot Nero grapes from Alto Adige vinified in pink. It is a Martinotti method sparkling wine in which the yeasts remain in contact with the wine for more than six months. This sparkling wine is of the Brut type, with a residual sugar of 8 g/l, and is characterised by a pale pink colour and a classic bouquet, typical of the long Charmat.
The taste is dry, strong and rightly tannic. These characteristics make Rosè Canella ideal to accompany fish dishes (also raw), sushi, sweet and sour and spicy dishes.
